The MCMC affiliates and case managers continue to show their willingness to collaborate, improve their processes, and serve clients in a compassionate and professional manner. I have heard some very positive things over the last couple of weeks from our field management staff as they have been visiting with affiliates. Thanks to all of you for your continued dedication and hard work!  We are getting ready to submit several reports to FEMA and are also providing feedback to affiliates related to their progress under this program.

All of our reporting is supported by your work in the field and the reports that you submit to us.  To that end, affiliate report submissions for the month of August were in excellent order and the MCMC staff applauds you for your efforts! As we continue to move forward challenges will arise, so we ask that you please continue to stay in contact with the MCMC staff so that they can assist you in the areas of finance, monitoring and evaluation, and case management processes. We welcome the opportunity to support your efforts as we place great value on the work that you do with the clients you serve.
