Q. Is the organization chart requested on the MCMC RFA #4 to include our entire organization (over 100 employees) or for the staff pertaining to MCMC, or blended?

A.  The organization chart should be for your entire organization.  Portions not pertaining to MCMC may be abbreviated, but the chart needs to reflect your entire organizational structure.
