Q. Will there be IDR during the new program?

A. Please refer to IV.  Project Budget, Page 3 of the RFA (section follows)
We are expecting to be granted an allowance for indirect cost recovery.  At this time there is no guarantee of that or that, if we are allowed an indirect cost recovery rate, what that rate will be.

IV. Project Budget
MCVS will issue budgets to affiliate organizations based on staffing ratios and funds received from FEMA for the continuation time period. Funding will be available for the following positions: Case Manager Director, Case Manager Supervisor, Case Manager, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (combined), and bookkeeper/ Benefits Administrator (combined). The Estimator position will not be funded. No equipment costs will be allowed; however, minimal funds will be provided for equipment maintenance. The indirect cost rate will be negotiated with FEMA.
