Q. I have a question regarding the Estimator position in the RFA.  Will that position still be a funded position in this upcoming program?

A. No.  Please refer to the RFA, Page 3, IV for a list of positions that will be funded.  All estimates have been completed for the population expected to be served.  It will be necessary to rely on the estimates previously obtained.
