Our Affiliate has a client that who name is not on the deed to their home, should we proceed with an estimate? Print E-mail

It is unlikely that we can secure funding for repairs to a home that has title questions. We should put the client in contact with legal aid and make that a part of the clients Recovery Plan. If on a case by case basis we believe that the title questions can be solved then an estimate for repairs would be appropriate to include in the Recovery Plan.
