ANSWER: The current ratio of case managers to estimators is 30 to 1. This will leave some affiliates without an estimator of their own and some affiliates with excess capacity. Jon Biggs will coordinate the sharing of estimators between affiliates. As the program develops, MCMC and affiliates will work together to add estimators as needed in specific areas.
