 ANSWER:  At this point MCMC is not recommending any construction estimating software, primarily because they generally produce a price based on square footage and the funders at this time require a piece by piece material list with a vendor quote. If the affiliate uses contractors to complete the construction portion of the recovery estimating software may be helpful to set fair price ranges.
