Answer:  Your Data Entry Specialist should have CAN Client Registry I, Registry II, Resource Database, and Export Wizard training.  If your agency would like to have a back-up person, a supervisor would be a great choice or a case manager with an interest in data integrity.  All CAN users should have Client Registry I and II trainings so the case managers who are using CAN at your agency should take those trainings.
