Answer: For MCMC reports, the trigger field when exporting data is “Case is managed under MCMC” and the agency that is case managing the client must be assigned to an MCMC agency. All clients, regardless of whether the person is a head of household or a family member, should have the field “Case is managed under MCMC” checked. MCMC reports will generally only include records for those that are checked “case is managed under MCMC” and checked “Head of Household” under the Household Tool. To make the distinction on whether a client is a head of household or family member, go into the Household Tool: • For head of households, check the field “Head of Household” and leave the relationship field blank |
