Adopt a Family - MS Case Management Consortium

The Adopt A Family, a project of the Mississippi Commission for Volunteer Service, Mississippi Case Management Consortium program, has concluded the case management work with agencies involved in Disaster Recovery Services. Many of these agencies, operated by volunteers, have closed. However, there are several agencies still operating in South Mississippi, who are still advocating on behalf of families impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, the Mississippi Development Authority through their Neighborhood Home Program has accepted applications on behalf of each of these families. We remain hopeful that all families will be made whole and live in safe, sanitary and secure homes. Thank you for your support and interest in this work.
